Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa Advice, Guidance and Consultation

If you want to move to the UK on a visa that gives you freedom and allows you to work on your business ideas, passion and talent, then the Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa is the right one for you. If you consider yourself smart, intelligent and “exceptional” in any of these fields: science, engineering, humanities, medicine, digital technology, the arts, fashion, architecture, film and television, then you might have a shot at getting endorsed as an “Exceptional Talent” in your field, thereby getting you a 5years Visa to come work, live and create in the UK with little restrictions.

Due to the competitive nature of this Visa, (heck, its called “World Leading Exceptional Talent Visa for Christ Sake), there are very limited spaces available, only 2,000 spots per year, which is shared among different fields. For example, the Digital Tech field has about 400 out of the 2000 slots per year). So, the competition is very high!

When I was about to apply back in 2017, I spent a lot of time googling words like “Tier 1 exceptional talent alumni”, “Exceptional Talent Guidance”, “Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Consultation” and all sorts of keywords just to find as much information and help as possible. Some of the information I found during my research process helped but there was a lack of actual practical advice or guidance hence why once I got endorsed, I made it a point of duty to create a separate category on my blog dedicated to providing guidance and support to potential applicants.

I believe I have covered a lot of the most important topics and areas of the Visa process from Personal statement, recommendation letters, stage 2 process, the difference between exceptional promise and exceptional talent, frequently asked questions, how to prepare yourself to be worthy of being endorsed and so on! All these can be seen in my TIER 1 EXCEPTIONAL TALENT VISA category.

At this point in my life, I receive messages daily from people around the world asking for advice or guidance for their exceptional talent application and I try as much as possible to reply to everyone as fast as I can. Being honest, when I started blogging about the exceptional talent visa, I didn’t anticipate that I would be getting so many messages and emails, I just wanted to blog about my experience, give advice and hope it helps 1 or 2 people but it has slowly become a job.

Seriously, having to reply to lines of questions and give advice that is tailored to a specific individual’s profile and current circumstance can some time be hectic, I joke with my friend sometimes saying I might have to open up an office in London in order to provide consultation with the rate things are moving.

In all the questions, messages and things I have read, my conclusion is that – even though you need to be “exceptionally talented” in order to get the visa, talent or skill isn’t the only thing that gets you this endorsement and visa, how you present your case and the content of the documents you submit plays a very key role. There’s this guy who wrote a whole web page with thousands of words talking about how he is so skilled, talented and resourceful but how he didn’t get endorsed despite him being a genius. His blog or website is basically him saying “fuck the system” and that he was cheated of getting endorsed even though he is a genius.

When I read all the things he talked about, his skills and resume, I was also shocked he didn’t get endorsed, this guy is clearly a tech genius and when I compared my skills with him, he is far ahead of me but I got endorsed, he didn’t. How could this have happened? – It’s all in the PRESENTATION! The documents, the letters, how it’s written, the structure and so many nuance things that he must have overlooked.

Also, a very big one is – the UK is giving this endorsement and visa out to people who’s “exceptional talent” will bring some type of economic growth to the country. They are not just looking for geeks, they are looking for geeks who will add value to the economy, financially as well.

So, your skill and talent is not enough! You need to ensure that your documents are laid out in the fashion that positions you as a world leading exceptional talent / promise who will bring economic value to the country if endorsed.

If you are looking for guidance, I am very confident in the fact that my blog has the most comprehensive guide on this matter. Even though I have a lot invested in the articles and videos I have created, they are all yours for free to consume and get value from by reading and consuming everything on my TIER 1 EXCEPTIONAL TALENT VISA category.

However, if you are looking to get further help, guidance and consultation on the Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa- the very first step is to get access to my Done for You Templates which contains templates from my personal application kit. You do not only get access to templates, you also get HD videos of me explaining each of the document template and the whole reasoning behind why they should be structured in a certain way, the type of words to make use of and a lot more. I basically take you on my shoulder and go the extra mile for you.

I had to put together this resource because of the amount of messages I get on a daily basis, I cannot provide personal consultation to everyone who sends me a message, I do reply to all the emails though but I cannot spend an hour breaking things down for everyone, I only have 24 hours in the day in which I also have to work on my projects and make money.

There are so many law firms offering consultation services for the Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa and am sorry to say this but I know for a fact that they don’t know shit about this visa! Why? Well, because I have been approached by two (2) London law firms to be in charge of the clients they get for their Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa because seriously they don’t know shit. They know as much as you do from the PDFs and guidance on the UK gov website. This Visa is not any other visa, this one requires you to prove yourself as “exceptionally talented” in your field and an average immigration lawyer cannot help you with that.

You need someone who is not only in the game but has experience. My first application was a failure! I didn’t get endorsed but my second one was successful. So, I know how both side feels, I know changes I had to make in my documents and my application as a whole to get endorsed.

If you need proper consultation, be sure to send me an email using the contact form here and we can talk about getting on call and reviewing your documents, circumstance and more OR you can just get access to my mini course that contains videos and templates which you can make use of to give your application a boost! OR, just read all my articles on the matter on my blog for free!

Whatever you do, I sincerely wish you the best because I have been in your shoes and know what this endorsement and visa can do for you!

Important Information.

Getting endorsed by Tech Nation is not an easy task but trust me, all the labour, time, resources and sweat you put into your application would be worth it at the end of the day when you get endorsed, I am a living testimony to that. After applying and not being endorsed the first time, I knew that wouldn’t be the end – I knew I deserved to be endorsed, so, I applied again. This time with more thought-out documents and structure and the rest is history, I got endorsed!

Nothing changed about me, my qualifications or experience – what changed was the structure of my documents and its content layout. I took a lot of time to re-construct and structure my document into what Tech Nation wanted to see and because I know this can be time consuming, daunting and lowkey frustrating, I have spent ample time in creating “Done for you”“Fill in the gap”document templates for Personal Statement, CV, and 3 Recommendation Letters structure that will save you time, help you avoid having to look at a blank page without knowing what to write and help you get your application submitted faster to avoid being late due to the very limited number of applicants endorsed each year.

My templates for CV, Personal Statement and Recommendation Letters will make your life easier and also make the life of the companies or experts you will be reaching out to for letters easier because they will have a format and structure to follow in their letter to ensure they hit all the points about you Tech Nation wants to read and see.

You will get access to the Templates and also HD videos of me explaining each aspect of the template.
